Its marshy deltas, monasteries and sanctuaries received refugees after the fall of Metrilburg.

War

Aelven pursuit began the Dark Forest Wars. Resistance continued for about two centuries before much of the population was killed, hidden, transformed or enslaved.

Crack of Life

The Kestrel-aligned revolutionaries later opened the underlying crack during the Great Cataclysm, unleashing uncontrolled biological expansion.
