Northern continent

The northern continent is a C-shaped landmass in the Between Sea, surrounded by dangerous currents. It contains Uarayania, the Old War Lands, Kingsmouth, the Castle of the Kings and several major forests and mountain ranges.

Geography

Old-growth forests occupy the north and south, with vast central plains and a mountain range running from the inner bay toward the western sea. Uarayania lies immediately south of the polar ice cap and close enough to Duchia that smoke and aircraft from its battles can be seen from the eastern shore.

Historical role

The Imperial Core stood here during the Noble Era. After the Fall, the continent became one of the first killing grounds. Humans attempted reclamation around 300 AFK, but Aelven fleets opened a new front soon afterward.

Arrowhead

Operation Arrowhead in 608 AFK captured the mountain positions, Kingsmouth and the Castle complex. The Aelven occupation collapsed, and Kingsmouth was rebuilt as a countryless city claimed by common victory.
