Plane of Forms

The Plane of Forms is the level of reality at which meanings exist completely. It is not a physical location, heaven or society of gods. Forms such as consciousness, identity, change, number and matter are expressed incompletely in lower realities through countless examples, relationships and exceptions.

Forms and lower realities

No single object exhausts its Form. A human, Dire, world-being and universe-being are all expressions of consciousness without any one becoming the definition of consciousness. The Plane of Universes is likewise one expression of Consciousness and Reality rather than the whole of either.

Mannkin, Aelfkin, Dvergkin, Drywkin and Dyrkin are ancient Forms or major facets of embodied personhood. Local biological peoples are interpretations of these Forms under Uclean conditions. This is why reproductive boundaries follow Kin lineage rather than appearance or culture.

@Creators

Author-level tradition describes the Plane as a museum or archive established by the Creators. A Creator may be called the originator of Time, Mathematics or Consciousness, but such titles do not prove that the Creators are separate countable beings. Number, distinction and identity are themselves Forms, so language from lower realities cannot describe what precedes them cleanly.

Form alteration

True Magic acts directly on Forms. An alteration propagates through every lower expression, potentially rewriting objects, fossils, language, memory and history. Partial changes may leave conceptual scars: words without referents, rituals for absent beings, ecosystems arranged around missing species, or natural cycles that appear suspiciously exact.

The possibility of Form alteration explains rare ancient contradictions but is not a substitute for ordinary causality. Most Uclean history remains material, social and political.
